I just had to leave a review for Elmer the new manager over at Hawk Ridge Firestone. I was late on an emissions inspection and scheduled an appt on a Sat morning. I got there when they opened at 7am and Elmer told me there were a few cars ahead of me that were scheduled first and it would be a little while. So I sat and waited... and next thing I knew he called my name saying it was done! I couldn't believe it! It wasnt a big job and he moved me up because I was waiting and really made my day. I thought I was going to be sitting for a few hours. Thanks Elmer for giving me my Sat back!! He was just so nice!! In a world where custoner service seems to a thing of the past, Elmer and this Firestone made me feel like there is hope again. Highly recommend this Firestone!! 5 stars!!

I came in to get an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 10:00am They did not even bring my vehicle back to the bay until 11:10. Then when it came time to do the oil change, they discovered they did not have the oil that my truck needed so they needed to wait until a supplier could deliver it. You would think that they would have made sure they had the correct oil since they knew the year make and model of my truck and I had a scheduled appointment. Or they could have worked on getting the oil delivered during that hour and 10 minutes I had to sit there and wait for them to take my truck back. I understand running a little behind, but an hour and 10 minutes is too long. And then to make me wait even longer once the truck came back to the bay because they had to wait on oil is ridiculous. They had no respect for my time. Poor customer service and poor management in my opinion. They should have planned better knowing I was coming in and the type of truck I had.

Dropped my vehicle off for a Saturday 1 o’clock appointment, with a pick up in the evening. I never received a phone call from Firestone telling me my car was ready. Sunday mid morning, drove to Firestone, to see my vehicle being worked on. There was no communication regarding the delay in service, or that my vehicle was ready for pick up. If someone has a set appointment date and pick up, and these needs are not met, there needs to be communication to the vehicle owner.

Had an appointment for 9am on a Friday to get 2 new tires, tire monitoring system replaced on said tires and do an alignment bc we paid for the “alignment for life” last time we got tires here. The guy said they would have to go get the tires from the hub but they would be back by noon and the work only takes about an hour so they would call us before 3 to pickup. Nobody called so we called at 3 and they said they had too much going on and they’d call us back. Still no call at 5pm so we called again. Said he didn’t even know what car we were talking about and he’d have to go out in the lot and check. Had to call back a 3rd time right before they closed to find out NOTHING had been done all day and they would get to it in the morning. You guessed it… it’s Saturday morning and they never even got the tires!! We can’t keep going without a car so we went to pick it up and they wanted to charge us $55 for diagnosing a pressure issue that we told them about when the appointment was made!!! Wild. Unprofessional at best. Super inconvenient.

I brought my brand-new car (less than a month old) in for a simple nail hole patch. When I got home and inspected the work, I found several scratches on the rim that were definitely not there before, and the air valve cap was missing entirely. Beyond the physical damage, the customer service was poor. The employee at the desk saw me walk in, then disappeared for 10 minutes before checking me out. Now, I’m left to cover the cost of repairing their mistakes on a new vehicle. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.
